How do I download eBooks from ProQuest?
Answer
If you want to download a full eBook from ProQuest (rather than read online or download a chapter), you will need to install Adobe Digital Editions.
- Find your title on ProQuest and select download book
- Select your device
- Install Adobe Digital Editions
- Choose your loan period
- Download the file (it will be a .acsm file)
- Add it to Adobe Digital Editions
- If prompted to authorise your computer, you can select 'I want to authorise my computer without an ID'
