Why isn't printing working in the libraries?
Answer
Update: there will be no printing using Information Commons (IC) printers from 9am to 5pm on Tuesday 18 June while ITS make urgent updates to assist with the printing issues.
Unplanned Outage - Printing Services in the Libraries
The Information Commons (IC) student printing services in the libraries, IC labs, and student residences are experiencing intermittent issues. ITS is working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible and apologises for the inconvenience.
The issue is currently being investigated by ITS.
