I want to update my computer/EndNote but am afraid of losing my library.
Answer
Before you make any major changes to EndNote or your computer, it’s recommended you back-up your EndNote library.
PC/Windows - click the file menu, select 'create compressed library'
Mac - go to the EndNote menu, select 'create compressed library'
