I can't access China Academic Journals Full-Text Database (CNKI) from off campus. How do I fix this?

We are aware that some off-campus users are experiencing issues when trying to download full articles from China Academic Journals Full-Text Database (CNKI).
Update:
It is now possible to use China Academic Journals off-campus, as long as you are accessing it from the ANU Library E-Resources & Databases page.
There is still a problem with using China Academic Journals off-campus if you are reaching it via the link in Primo (SuperSearch).
The ANU Library team is working on fixing this issue.
