I get an error message when trying to fill in the Document Supply Request form. How can I submit my request?

Error message reads 'internal server error'.


An error is occurring when users submit a Document Supply Request form (Article).

To avoid this error, leave the Volume and Issue fields blank. You can include these details in the Comment field (see image below).

Our supplier is aware of this issue, and are working to fix this bug in the next release of the software. This is scheduled for November 2022.
