Question

What is the reverse proxy login?

Answer

The Reverse Proxy is an authentication system that allows you to access ANU internal content from off-campus. This includes online resources from the ANU Library.

The Reverse Proxy login screen may appear when you click on a link to a journal, e-book or online database available via the ANU Library Catalogue.

How to use the Reverse Proxy

Copy and paste this text before the start of the URL of the ANU Library e-resource:

https://virtual.anu.edu.au/login?url=

Note: if your ANU login is linked to Cipherise you will be prompted to approve access via your Cipherise app.
