If you encounter this error, please following these steps:

1. Search for the journal title in the 'Full text e-journals' tab on the Library homepage. 
    
2. On the search results page, click the link to the database that covers the publication year of the article you need.
   
    
3. On the journal homepage, choose the year, volume and issue for the article you want to access. This information will be in the SuperSearch results screen.
   
    
4. Once you have opened the correct issue, scroll down until you get to the article you need.
